How to Choose The Right Essential Oils
Many companies claim that their oil is "pure" or "medical grade." However, these terms are not universally defined and therefore keep a little weight.
Given an irregular industriality, the essential oil quality and structure can vary widely.
To choose only high quality oils, keep the following tips in mind:
Purity:
Find an oil that contains only perfume plant compounds, except additives or synthetic oils. Pure oils usually list the plant's botanical name (such as Lavandula Officialis) instead of "essential oil of lavender".
Quality:
The real essential oils have changed at least through the extraction process. Select a chemical-free essential oil that is exposed through dissolving or mechanical cold pressures.
Reputation:
Please buy a brand with a reputation for producing high quality products.
